Recruit ,onboard ,mentor , andperformance-manageengineers, ensuring career growth and succession planning Driveengineering culture initiatives : best practices, coding standards, CI/CD adoption, and test-driven development. Drive adoption ofAI-assisted development , ensuring ethical, secure, and effective usage across teams. Continuously evaluateemerging technologiesandAI platforms , guiding adoption roadmaps that improve engineering productivity and code quality across the org. Ownarchitectural decisionsfor your teams, with support from principal engineers and architects OverseeAgile deliveryacross multiple teams, ensuring consistent practices, cross-team alignment, and continuous improvement at scale. Providetechnical oversight , conductdesign reviews , and supportdelivery executionacross projects Stay hands-on when needed, contributing tocode reviews, proofs-of-concept, and solving complex problems Partner closely with product leadership toinfluence roadmapsandalign business goalswith technical execution and deliver outcomes. Collaborate acrossQA, DevOps, Data, and global teamsto manage dependencies and deliver end-to-end solutions Supportbudgeting ,vendor engagement , andcapacity planningwhere required Represent engineering instrategic discussionswith leadership as needed MentoranddevelopEngineering Managers and Tech Leads, fostering leadership growth and succession planning Foster and enforce atest-driven culture , ensuring teams maintain strong unit, integration, and automated end-to-end test coverage. Track engineeringKPIs(e.g., velocity, code quality, test coverage, release frequency) and use these insights to continuously improve processes and delivery outcomes. Ensuresecurity and compliancebest practices are integrated into design, development, and delivery.Required Skills & Experience 10+ yearsof professional software engineering experience 4+ yearsof proven people management, leading teams of6+ engineers Background as a software engineer with experience inmultiple programming languagesand the ability to evaluate tradeoffs between technologies. Extensive experience overseeingAgile deliveryacross multiple teams, ensuring consistency of practices, cross-team alignment, and continuous improvement at scale. Experience withmodern architectures(e.g., microservices, event-driven systems, distributed systems). Hands-on experience withAWS (preferred) or other cloud platforms , DevOps, and CI/CD practices Proficiency withrelationalandnon-relational databases Strongarchitectural decision-makingexperience, with the ability to balance technical depth and business priorities Strong track record of integratingAI-assisted development toolsinto engineering workflows. Proven ability to manageglobal team collaboration Proven ability to define and enforceengineering-wide standards ,drive culture change , andinfluence cross-functional stakeholdersto ensure technical excellence. Extensive experiencedefiningandoperationalizing engineering KPIsacross multiple teams, using insights to improve productivity, quality, and delivery at scale.Preferred Qualifications Experience establishingtest automation strategiesandintegrating automated testinginto CI/CD pipelines across multiple teams. Experience working with.net Coreand related environment is a plus. Experience withmodern frontend frameworks(React.js, Next.js, Blazor) and full-stack development Experience withprogram/project delivery at scale , including roadmap planning and risk management Familiarity withinfrastructure-as-code tools(Terraform, CloudFormation) Media & entertainmentindustry background a strong plus
