Roles and Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will assist in various key HR functions, including:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
  • Assisting in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other relevant channels.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment progress effectively.
Employee Engagement
  • Supporting initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Assisting in planning and organizing events, activities, and wellness programs that foster a positive work environment.
HR Operations
  • Managing employee records and updating HR databases accurately.
  • Assisting in onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires.
  • Supporting payroll and documentation processes ensuring compliance.
Policy and Compliance
  • Helping with the creation and communication of HR policies.
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards by staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
Learning and Development
  • Coordinating training sessions and workshops for skill development.
  • Collecting feedback and helping with training program evaluations to improve future initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary for managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset is crucial for collaboration and growth within the organization.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative is highly valued.
