Job Title: Copilot Studio Engineer (Microsoft)

About the Role:

We are seeking an innovative and highly skilled Microsoft Co-Pilot Engineer to join our Presales team and drive automation initiatives. This role focuses on leveraging Microsoft Co-pilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) and Generative AI tools to automate processes, enhance operational efficiency, and improve productivity across our Presales and GTM function.

The ideal candidate will bring a unique combination of engineering expertise and consultative problem-solving skills, working closely with stakeholders to develop AI-powered Co-Pilot solutions that streamline day-to-day transactions and enable smarter, faster decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Automation and Solution Design:

• Develop and deploy Microsoft Co-Pilot solutions to automate repetitive tasks and workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.

• Build robust, scalable solutions integrated with Microsoft 365 tools and Azure OpenAI services.

• Create intuitive Power BI dashboards to analyze data, track KPIs, and improve process transparency.

2. Process Efficiency and Consulting:

• Work with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, gather requirements, and create solution frameworks for automation opportunities.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, presenting technical solutions and solution blueprints to senior leadership.

3. Integration and Architecture:

• Design secure and compliant Co-Pilot architectures with data encryption, ensuring alignment with Microsoft Copilot Studio standards.

• Integrate Co-Pilot solutions with enterprise applications and data sources to enable seamless workflows.

4. Innovation and CoE Development:

• Build and establish a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Microsoft Co-Pilot to drive innovation, adoption, and training within the team.

• Continuously explore emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the Presales function remains future-ready.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Engage with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and IT teams, to ensure alignment on business goals and technical execution.

• Mentor team members to scale up capabilities around Microsoft Co-Pilot and automation tools.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

• Document workflows, processes, and solutions for future use and knowledge sharing.

• Track and report automation impact through performance metrics and analytics.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in automation, AI solutions, or consulting roles with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio, Azure OpenAI services, and AI integration solutions.

• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and architectural design within Microsoft 365 environments.

Industry Knowledge:

• Proven ability to leverage AI tools for process optimization and operational efficiency in large-scale environments.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and consultative skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, including presenting solutions to leadership teams.

• Self-driven mindset with the ability to innovate and deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic settings.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or Azure AI services would be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Pro-Code solutions for Co-Pilot extensions.

• Familiarity with Azure-based AI tools and Generative AI frameworks.
