Job Overview:

The client is looking for a creative genius Engineer to join their dynamic Engineering team If you thrive on solving complex problems, using your creativity to develop innovative solutions, and bringing your designs to life, we want you in our engineering department. From conceptualizing and creating detailed drawings to assembling and testing your own designs, you’ll have the opportunity to see your ideas come to life. Job Functions:

  • Work as part of the engineering team to achieve department objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Take complete ownership of projects, from initial concept to final product delivery.
  • Evaluate projects to develop technical solutions that meet product requirements, timeline, and budget constraints.
  • Present conceptual designs to management, including problem definition, cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and time-to-market estimates.
  • Create and manage detailed design files, including machine drawings, BOMs, assembly drawings, and technical manuals.
  • Develop, execute, and oversee test plans, perform failure analysis, and implement design changes for prototype tools.
  • Communicate and train personnel on assembly, testing, and product use across various departments.
  • Travel to field locations as needed to provide customer support for new and existing tools.
  • Review and process NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and create disposition records.
  • Process Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and implement necessary modifications.
  • Ensure thorough project documentation, including design books, progress reports, and test reports. Maintain compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and environmental training requirements.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience, with a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • 3 Years plus experience in CAD systems (preferably SolidWorks), including file management and revision control.
  • Extensive experience with hand tools, mechanical lab equipment, and the ability to read and troubleshoot hydraulic and minor electrical circuit diagrams.
  • Knowledge of test systems, data acquisition techniques, and the ability to work with pressure, temperature, displacement, force, voltage, and current measurements.
