Role Summary: We are seeking a part-time Online Python Coding Trainer to teach basic through intermediate Python programming to students in grades 8–12 via live virtual classes. In this role you will deliver interactive lessons and coding projects that build computational thinking and problem-solving skills. The trainer will develop engaging lesson plans and hands-on exercises (in Python) tailored to middle and high school learners. The position is fully remote which involves teaching small groups or one-on-one sessions. The ideal candidate will have strong Python proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping young learners. Lead interactive Python coding sessions (one-on-one or small group) using video conferencing through google meet or zoom, guiding students through lessons and coding exercisesDevelop lesson plans and materials. Create and deliver engaging lesson plans, coding exercises, and project-based assignments that teach Python fundamentals. Prepare educational content (e.g. notes, summaries, sample code, and homework assignments) aligned with the curriculumAssess and provide feedback. Assign and grade homework, quizzes, or coding projects; track and assess each student’s progress; give constructive feedback and suggestions for improvementEncourage creativity and problem-solving. Motivate students to think logically and creatively by using fun, hands-on projects and examples; foster coding confidence and a love of programmingMaintain a supportive learning environment. Keep the virtual classroom organized and positive; adapt teaching methods to individual student needs and learning levels; ensure classes run smoothly and students stay engagedRequirements Education: Bachelor’s degree (computer science, engineering, or related field preferred)Technical Skills: Proficient in Python programming with a strong understanding of core computer science concepts (variables, loops, functions, etc.) .
