Growth Leadership is looking for a Business Analyst reporting to the Marketing Cloud Platform Leader. The role will be responsible for working closely with assigned businesses to deliver on strategic business initiatives. This position will also be responsible for maintaining the Marketing Cloud platform as well as growing adoption within the businesses they support.Regarding JD – The expectation is for a strong business analyst who has experience in Marketing Cloud and Salesforce admin. Sales and Service cloud experience will be a nice to have.Preferred Location : India Shift : 2-11p IST Location- All BSL Note:SFMC Certification is mandatory Part,SFMC fundamentals (Journey, Automation, Mobile Studio, Install Packages)and Use Case understanding is Must. Candidate should hand on to Client Management /Stake Holder Management.Responsibilities: Work closely with business to translate business requirements into working solutions using a combination of Marketing Cloud configuration and working with Salesforce Admins as needed. Drive efficiency and effectiveness in business processes through effective communication, leadership, oversight and execution. Analyze business solution needs, gather requirements, execute to ensure on-time delivery of project deliverables. Be a liaison between business, IT and other data management support teams. Develop and implement strategies for Marketing Cloud adoption within business. Work closely with vendor resources to rely requirements, build, test, and launch. Ensure team is leveraging new features and functionality as they are developed and released. Organize, document and lead release management efforts across the platforms. Work with Salesforce Admins to facilitate changes in the Salesforce platform to assist with marketing strategies. Implement solutions to ensure and monitor data quality within Salesforce. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of progressive business experience. Understanding of Integration scenarios and design: Data Architecture. Strong documentation and training skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products. Proficiency with JIRA and JIRA Align Excellent Presentation, Written and Oral Communication Skills. Experience in a business analysis capacity. Experience with or understanding of Agile Project Management. Strong understanding of financial card services business processes. Desired Skills/Qualifications: Experience with both Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification Experience leading salesforce integration projects Experience leading optimization projects and standard release management
