Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager at Suraj Info Pvt Ltd in Pune. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and generating revenue for the company. Your principal responsibility is Selling properties of our project.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager or in a similar role in Real Estate.
  • Exceptional ability to lead and manage a sales team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and drive sales growth
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of marketing and advertising techniques
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
