Description - HyderabadExperience - 6 to 10 yearsSalary range - 15 to 27 (dont disclose)Key Responsibilities :- Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom Force.com applications.- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.- Oversee configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations (APIs, middleware), and data migration activities.- Define and enforce development standards, code reviews, and best practices for Salesforce solutions.- Manage technical project deliverables, timelines, and resource planning.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support.- Mentor and guide developers and administrators to build internal capabilities.- Ensure adherence to Salesforce platform governance, security, and compliance & Experience :- 6-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with at least 2- 3 years in a technical lead or architect capacity.- Strong expertise in :1. Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)2. Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk) and integration patterns3. Data migration tools (Data Loader, ETL)4. Declarative configuration (Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules)- Experience with CI/CD, version control (e.g., Git), and release management on Salesforce.- Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) is a plus.- Salesforce Platform Developer II and Salesforce Architect certifications preferred.- Proven track record delivering multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
