Job Title: Cloud Data ArchitectExperience: 10+ YearsLocation: Onsite – NoidaWork Model: Full-time | OnsiteShift: Standard Business HoursAbout the RoleWe are seeking an expert Cloud Data Architect with deep experience in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, DevOps, infrastructure automation, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate must possess 10+ years of experience in Linux/Unix and multi-cloud ecosystems (AWS / Azure / GCP), along with strong hands-on capabilities in Kubernetes, containerization, IaC, and automation.This role is deeply technical and requires expertise in architecting secure, scalable, enterprise-grade cloud and container platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCloud & Kubernetes Architecture- Architect and implement cloud-native platforms on AWS/GCP/Azure. - Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes (control plane & data plane) across hybrid/on-prem/cloud. - Build and manage large-scale, distributed, multi-node Kubernetes clusters. - Configure and optimize networking, ingress controllers, service mesh, and cluster security.Infrastructure Automation & DevOps- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. - Build automation tools and scripts using Python, Shell, and CI/CD tools. - Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD / Flux. - Integrate CI/CD pipelines for cloud, microservices, and infrastructure automation.Observability & Monitoring- Design monitoring and observability stacks using: - Prometheus - ELK / EFK (Elasticsearch, Fluentbit, Kibana) - Grafana - OpenTelemetry - Configure alerts, logging, distributed tracing, and performance tuning.Networking, Security & Storage- Architect secure network topologies: VPCs, firewalls, routing, mesh architectures. - Implement Istio/Consul for service mesh, policy control, and MTLS. - Define container security practices across image, runtime, and network levels. - Integrate persistent storage, CSI drivers, backups, and DR.API & Data Platforms- Implement API Gateways (Kong preferred) for routing, auth, rate-limiting, and microservices exposure. - Work with Kafka and event-driven architectures for distributed data processing. - Build and scale mission-critical, real-time platforms with high availability.Troubleshooting & SRE Practices- Diagnose complex production issues involving networking, Kubernetes, and distributed systems. - Implement SRE fundamentals: MTTR, SLO/SLI, resilience, autoscaling, load balancing.Must-Have Skills- 10+ years in Linux/Unix, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, and container ecosystems. - 5+ years hands-on with Kubernetes (control & data plane). - Strong expertise in Terraform and Python automation. - Experience with Istio/Consul, Helm, API Gateways, and Kafka. - Strong understanding of networking, security, and storage in cloud & Kubernetes. - Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, ELK/EFK, Fluentbit, Grafana). - Strong scripting in Python/Shell. - Knowledge of REST & gRPC APIs. - Exposure to GitOps and SRE practices.Good-to-Have Skills- Experience with multi-region/multi-cluster Kubernetes. - VMware Tanzu and virtualization experience. - Container security best practices. - Advance network/firewall/storage troubleshooting.
