You will manage and mentor a talented team of writers, engage with clients to understand their business objectives, and craft compelling narratives that drive both visibility and conversions.Key Responsibilities:Content Strategy & Leadership:- Define and implement holistic content strategies across digital projects.- Lead ideation, planning, and execution of content across client projects.- Collaborate with SEO, design, and other teams to deliver integrated campaigns.- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style/tone, and optimized for digital performance.SEO & Social Media Content:- Drive creation of high-quality blogs, website copy, landing pages, and long-form content aligned with SEO best practices.- Guide the team in producing engaging social media content (organic + paid) tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube.- Stay ahead of trends in content across industries and platforms.Client Engagement:- Communicate with clients to understand goals, share progress, and recommend improvements.- Translate client briefs into actionable strategies and ensure deliverables meet business objectives.Team Management & Editorial Oversight:- Manage and mentor content writers, editors, and social media specialists-driving quality, creativity, and growth.- Oversee editing, proofreading, and publishing processes to maintain high editorial standards.- Allocate resources, assign responsibilities, and ensure deadlines are met across projects.- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-driven team culture.Innovation & Growth:- Experiment with new content formats-video scripts, interactive content, thought leadership, case studies, and whitepapers.- Champion content-led growth initiatives and contribute to agency-wide strategic planning.- Ensure the agency is positioned as a thought leader by publishing case studies, insights, and trend 8-12 years of experience in content strategy, SEO-driven content, and digital storytelling.- Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency with exposure to diverse industries.- Strong background in managing content teams-editing, mentoring, and resolving roadblocks.- Proven expertise in creating and scaling social media content strategies.- Exceptional editorial judgment, writing, and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail.- Demonstrated ability to lead client conversations, pitches, and executive presentations.- Strong project management, organizational, and decision-making abilities.Why Choose Us?- Opportunity to lead content strategy for some of the most dynamic brands in the market.- Collaborative culture with cross-functional exposure across SEO, media, and creative.- Healthy work-life balance with fixed weekends off.- Medical Insurance for self.- Growth opportunities in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
