Responsibilities:

  • Assist management of client accounts, ensuring successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Pitch for new business opportunities and contribute to the agency's growth.
  • Take creative briefs from clients and accurately interpret them for internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and strategy to develop and execute successful advertising campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, strategic planning, and understanding of client needs.
  • Coordinate and lead client meetings, ensuring agendas are set, and objectives are met.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional advertising channels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
