As an authorized partner of Siemens Digital Industries Software (Altair), we deliver advanced solutions in Design, Simulation, and Data Analytics to enable innovation and efficiency for our clients.Role Overview TheSales Engineer – Simulation Solutionswill be responsible for driving sales of engineering simulation (CAE) software and services. The ideal candidate will engage with design and R&D teams, understand their simulation needs, and propose suitable CAE solutions to help them improve product performance and reduce development time.Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for Design and Simulation products and services. Engage with engineering teams, decision-makers, and procurement to understand technical and commercial needs. Promote Altair and Siemens simulation tools (e.g., Hyperworks, Simcenter, NX, etc.) and related solutions. Collaborate with technical team for technical discussions ,product presentations and demos. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction post-sales. Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms. Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Update and maintain CRM records for leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline.Desired Candidate Profile Education:B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, or related engineering discipline. Experience:1–3 years in software/technical sales, preferably in CAE, CAD, or PLM domain. Strong interest or background in engineering design and simulation. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
