Wundrsight Healthcare is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Associate Psychologist - Digital Therapeutics to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in integrating digital therapeutics into traditional healthcare practices. You will leverage your expertise in psychology to collaborate with medical professionals and champion the adoption of our innovative digital therapeutic solutions.


About Wundrsight Healthcare:

With Wundrsight Healthcare, we are building a new Standard of Care in Mental Health using Digital Therapeutics to significantly improve patient outcomes and clinician efficiency. Medical Extended reality (AR/VR/XR) is a new field of therapeutics now recognized by the U.S. FDA. Founded by a Psychologist and an IIT alum with more than 15+ years of combined industry experience, we are on a mission to build full-stack Digital Health solutions for mental, behavioral healthcare. We are fast-growing, venture-backed startup revolutionising building clinician-led digital health products for the 1 Billion+ struggling silently.


About the Role:

As an Associate Psychologist, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between psychology and digital health. You will work closely with doctors, psychologists, and psychiatrists to educate them about the benefits of our digital therapeutics for various mental health conditions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with doctors, psychologists, and psychiatrists to understand their patients' needs and identify suitable applications of our digital therapeutic solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations showcasing the efficacy and user experience of our digital therapeutics.
  • Partner with the sales and business development team to close deals with healthcare institutions and clinics.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest research and advancements in digital therapeutics and mental healthcare.
  • Participate in developing and delivering training programs for healthcare professionals on effectively integrating digital therapeutics into their practice.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of our digital therapeutic solutions by providing valuable psychological insights.


Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Practicing psychologist with a minimum of 1 years of experience working in a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of various mental health conditions and treatment approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A passion for digital health and a belief in the potential of technology to improve mental healthcare outcomes.
