Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Skate Supply India. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. The sales and marketing manager will also manage both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals. This includes day-to-day tasks such as customer service, sales, training, and sales management.


Responsibilities


  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market
  • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks Working in collaboration with the Media department


  • Answering client’s questions in a professional manner


  • Participating in exhibitions and conferences organized by the company


  • Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company


  • Ensuring the company meets the sales targets
  • Handling complaints and taking feedback from customers


  • Writing monthly reports on the performance of the campaigns



Qualifications


A bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or related field3-5 years experience in marketing and salesExperience in management may be advantageousUnderstanding and knowledge of sales and marketingStrong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsKnowledge of data analysis and report writingThe ability to understand and follow company policies and proceduresThe ability to work under pressureExperience in conducting training sessionsKnowledge of sales management technique
