Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced OSI PI System Engineer (Sr. Engineer/Lead Engineer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Aveva OSI PI architecture, its functionality, and development of various industrial use cases such as OEE and CBM. This role requires strong technical proficiency in OSI PI AF, PI Vision, and integration of custom objects in PI Vision, along with industry-specific knowledge in sectors like Chemical, Oil & Gas, and FMCG.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement solutions using Aveva OSI PI architecture and its functionalities.

- Develop and configure PI Asset Framework (AF) templates for diverse industrial applications.

- Design and develop display solutions using PI Vision, including custom object integration.

- Administer and support PI Vision Servers, PI Web API, PI DataLink, PI ProcessBook, and PI Vision pages.

- Ensure compliance with system administration activities and support regulatory requirements.

- Work on OPC tag configurations and PI client configurations.

- Customize applications using PI SDK, PI AF SDK, Visual Studio .NET, Angular, and MS SQL.

- Perform OSI PI system administration and optimize data access services.

- Configure, maintain, and enhance the performance of the Aveva OSI PI Historian system.

Required Expertise & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in Aveva OSI PI architecture and its functionalities.

- Proficiency in developing industrial use cases such as OEE and CBM.

- Hands-on experience with PI Vision development, administration, and customization.

- Experience in creating and configuring PI AF templates.

- Knowledge of industry-specific processes in Chemical, Oil & Gas, FMCG, and other domains.

- Expertise in PI Vision Servers administration, PI Web API administration, and implementation.

- Good understanding of OPC tag configurations and PI client configurations.

- Ability to customize applications using PI SDK, PI AF SDK, Visual Studio .NET, Angular, and MS SQL.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Aveva OSI PI Historian and Aveva Asset Framework (AF).

- Prior experience working with large-scale industrial data systems.

- Certification in OSI PI or Aveva-related technologies is a plus. Show more Show less
