Job Purpose:

The Manager – Admissions and Outreach will lead regional efforts in Uttar Pradesh to drive student enrollment through outreach, engagement, and conversion strategies. This role involves direct interaction with prospective students, parents, schools, and educational partners, ensuring visibility and positioning of the institution in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outreach and Brand Building

- Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to build awareness in UP.
- Represent the institution at school visits, education fairs, seminars, and community events.
- Establish and maintain relationships with school principals, counselors, and key influencers.

2. Admissions Management

- Drive applications and conversions from the region, meeting assigned admission targets.
- Counsel prospective students and parents on program offerings, career outcomes, and admission processes.
- Manage and track the student application funnel (enquiry → application → enrollment).
- Organize and conduct admission information sessions (online/offline).

3. Partnerships and Networking

- Develop partnerships with coaching centers, career counselors, NGOs, and other academic influencers.
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to align regional campaigns with local needs.

4. Reporting and Analysis

- Maintain detailed reports on outreach activities, application status, and conversion metrics.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to support program development and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree (mandatory); MBA or equivalent in Marketing, Education, or related fields preferred.

Experience:

- 10-15 years of experience in admissions, sales, business development, or education outreach.
- Experience in the education sector in Uttar Pradesh is strongly preferred.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English).
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and admissions software is a plus.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region.
