Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth. Oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of scalable payment solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. Ensure adherence to coding standards, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies. Conduct code reviews, design evaluations, and hands-on troubleshooting to maintain technical quality and reliability.Must Have Skills: Programming Expertise:Strong proficiency inPERL . Database:Hands-on experience withPostgreSQL(DDL, DML, and optimization). DevOps Tools:Experience withGitHub ,Jenkins , and CI/CD pipelines. Team Leadership:Proven experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams. System Design:Ability to architect and deploy scalable backend solutions.
