We are seeking a talented Performance Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of our software products. You will play a crucial role in identifying performance bottlenecks, designing, and executing performance test scenarios, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance.

Responsibilities:

Involve in Performance report, monitor graphs and analyze performance-testing results to find the bottlenecks. Analyze the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Garbage Collection and DB Parameters to verify the performance of the applications. Experience in writing and implementing Performance Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scripts, and Test Closure reports. Experience in in conducting performance testing within Cloud environments, including adeptness with Monitoring tools and App Insights.

Requirements:

Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to get the eligibility of their profile assessed. The must have requirements are:

Technically Competent in Information &Technology (IT) industry Performance testing. Technical expertise in C/Java is preferable. Specialized in Performance Testing using Storm runner, Performance Centre, LoadRunner and JMeter. Worked extensively on performance testing on Load runner or Storm Runner using Web (HTTP/HTML), Truculent and web services. Strong knowledge in working cloud environments and distributed environments. Hands on writing and debugging in scripting (Parameterization and Correlation).  Good understanding of performance engineering and tuning techniques – Garbage Collection and Thread Dumps. Experienced in writing and implementing Performance Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scripts, and Test Closure reports. Experience in performance testing Cloud environment, should have experience in Monitoring tools, App Insights. Good Knowledge in Performance tools LoadRunner, Storm Runner or any other tools. Good understanding of software development methodologies and quality processes. Good understanding of object-oriented programming, design and debugging skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must demonstrate clear abilities to lead and mentor a team. Need to be excellent team player. To be able to work with onsite team, Scrum Master and Analyst team/lead for clarifications, conducting walkthrough, attending defect triage meetings etc. .
