Position 1: Senior Interior Designer

Experience Required: Minimum 6 years

Job Description:


We are searching for a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to lead our design team and spearhead our projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in interior design, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results. As a Senior Interior Designer at Bhartiya Design Party, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design process, from concept development to project execution. You must be proficient in creating detailed drawings and technical specifications, demonstrating a strong command of both aesthetic and functional elements. Your role will involve collaborating closely with clients, architects, and contractors to bring our vision to life. We are looking for an individual who is not only creatively talented but also technically proficient and capable of delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design team and provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members.
  • Develop innovative design concepts that align with the client's vision and project requirements.
  • Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using industry-standard software.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new materials to continuously enhance our design capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your best work.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Position 2: Junior Interior Designer


Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
