Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site position based in Chandigarh for the role of Admissions Officer. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for screening and evaluating applicant profiles, guiding prospective students through the admissions process, assisting with international admission procedures, and addressing queries related to educational programs. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining admissions records, and collaborating with teams to achieve enrollment goals.Qualifications- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills to interact with prospective students, families, and colleagues - Proficient knowledge and understanding of international admissions processes and procedures - Customer service experience, focusing on delivering a positive and supportive admissions journey - Familiarity with the education sector and knowledge of academic admissions practices - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment - Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required; experience in admissions is highly beneficial - Proficiency in multiple languages, especially English, is advantageous
