Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Video Editor at Bajrangi Astro in Noida. The Senior Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting. This role involves working closely with the creative team to ensure high-quality videos for various platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Experience in motion graphics and visual effects.
  • Knowledge of video formats, compression techniques, and video standards.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling and video composition.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills and creativity.
  • Previous experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
  • Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
  • Create rough and final cuts
  • Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running


Salary: 15k to 30k

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Video Editor
  • Solid experience with editing software packages (e.g. Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)
  • Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
  • Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
  • Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
  • Creative mind and storytelling skills
  • BS degree in film studies, cinematography or related field
  • 2+ Years of Experience is mandatory.
