Assistant Manager - Business Development

- Oversee the financial approval process, and ensure seamless coordination between various teams.

- The role also involves managing financial transactions, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving the growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scouting for properties

- Negotiating with the landlords

- Coordinate with franchise and RD team for support documents (registrations, stock deposits, commission, lease)

- Look after the financial approval process for the store opening.

- Appointment of franchise documents.

- Look into franchise renewals, franchise renovation, and lease renewals.

- Perform review points- closely track each store's performance monthly.

- Conduct reviews with both branch and brand teams.

- Prepare presentations and sales proposals tailored to specific client needs.

- Deposit recovery process.
