Description :Key Responsibilities :- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for Financial Crime and Risk Compliance platforms.- Lead globally distributed teams developing Java & Cloud-based enterprise applications.- Partner with business and product leaders to define, design, and deliver next-gen compliance solutions.- Drive engineering excellence through automation, scalability, resilience, and reusability.- Ensure adherence to compliance, governance, and security standards.- Mentor, coach, and build high-performing technical teams.Required Experience :- 10+ years in technology leadership roles within regulated industries (BFSI preferred).- 7+ years of experience leading Java-based engineering teams.- 5+ years delivering solutions on Cloud (AWS / GCP / Private Cloud) platforms.- Hands-on expertise in microservices, APIs, enterprise platforms, and scalable architectures.- Strong understanding of risk management, financial crime, or fraud detection systems.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with Financial Crimes Compliance systems (AML, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, etc.)- Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS.- Proven track record of leading large-scale, transformational engineering programs.- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
