Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance.

- The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the agency's operations, including sales, customer service, and team management.

- The role involves developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, managing relationships with agents and brokers, providing training and guidance to the sales team, and monitoring market trends and Experience in sales and team management.

- Knowledge of insurance products and industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

- Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
