Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities :- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements.- Manage functional design, system configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.- Work extensively on Talent Management, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), or Benefits modules.- Develop and maintain eligibility Fast Formulas and BI reports for reporting and automation needs.- Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify, analyze, and resolve system issues.- Provide expert guidance on best practices, process optimization, and configuration improvements.- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), end-user training, and documentation.- Ensure timely resolution of production issues and system enhancements.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional.- Experience in one or more HCM modules : Talent Management, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), or Benefits.- Strong experience with Fast Formulas (eligibility) and BI reporting tools.- Solid understanding of HCM business processes and system integrations.- Experience in end-to-end system implementation, configuration, and support.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
