About the Role :

- Design, develop, and document comprehensive test plans for all products.

- Coordinate and participate in system level testing activities including estimation, strategy, test planning, execution, and reporting.

- Perform setup of test scenarios, both hardware and software components, and perform troubleshooting as needed.

- Create testing tools and scripts as needed to support system level testing activities.

- Provide training and support as required.

- Lead small to mid-size projects, mentor junior staff.

- Understanding of lab infrastructure and maintenance

- Good interaction with customer

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree

Required Skills :

- Network/telecom/satcom testing experience

- Automation with Python

- Test Equipment & Tools like Spirent, IXIA, Wireshark, ethereal, Noise emulator, iperf, pytest/robot framework

Preferred Skills :

- Telecom knowledge on NMS/EMS/OSS

- Understanding of OSI Model, L3/L4 layer, IPv4/IPv6, TCP/UDP
