Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. They will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Gather and analyze client requirements for Oracle HCM implementation.

2. Configure Oracle HCM modules to meet client needs, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Performance Management.

3. Provide end-user training and support during implementation and post-go-live phases.

4. Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data conversions.

5. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

6. Stay updated with Oracle HCM product releases, patches, and new features.

7. Assist in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.

8. Document business processes, configuration settings, and user guides.

9. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

2. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or E-Business Suite.

3. Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.

4. Proficiency in configuring Oracle HCM modules and managing related configurations.

5. Experience with full lifecycle implementations, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.

6. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients at all levels.

7. Certifications such as Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist or Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant are preferred.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

9. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
