You will learn the Seceon platform end-to-end, work with security experts, support customers, and contribute to engineering improvements. Key ResponsibilitiesCybersecurity & AI/ML Learning • Develop a strong understanding of cyber threats, attack techniques, and defensive strategies • Learn and apply frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and NIST • Stay updated on threat trends, vulnerabilities, and detection techniques • Gain practical skills in AI/ML models used for cybersecurity analyticsPlatform Expertise & Customer Success • Learn configuration and deployment of the Seceon platform • Support onboarding, troubleshooting, and training for customers • Assist with use-case development and documentation • Gather feedback to improve customer experience and product capabilitiesSoftware Development & Automation • Contribute to product enhancements and new features • Work on scripts, integrations, and automation workflows • Support API-based development and security tool integrations • Participate in secure coding, testing, and quality assuranceCross-Team Collaboration • Support pre-sales engineering activities with the sales team • Work closely with senior engineers and cybersecurity architects • Contribute during incident response and threat analysis tasks Required QualificationsEducation • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Electronics, or related fieldTechnical Foundation • Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S) • Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments • Programming knowledge in Python, Java, or similar language • Understanding of databases and SQL • Good awareness of cybersecurity fundamentals and terminologySoft Skills • Analytical and curious mindset • Strong communication and teamwork abilities • Quick learner with attention to detail • Customer-first attitude Preferred • Entry-level certifications such as Security+ • Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or programming certifications • Exposure to cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, scanners, etc. • Project or internship experience in cyber, ML, or DevOps • Personal or open-source security projects
