Job Purpose:-


This is a key role for the organization, where the individual will be Results-driven Senior Manager with extensive experience in designing and developing Home UPS, Solar hybrid inverters and Grid-tie inverters, ranging from 250W to 10KW, and integrating lithium and sodium battery technologies. Seeking a leadership role to drive innovation and efficiency in renewable energy solutions


Key Responsibilities: -

  • Directed the end-to-end development of solar hybrid inverters from 500W to 10KW, and grid-tie inverters ranging from 250W to 10KW, overseeing product lifecycle from conception to market launch.
  • Managed project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of financial and human resources. Identified and mitigated risks through proactive planning and contingency strategies, maintaining project schedules and cost targets.
  • Pioneered the integration of lithium and sodium battery technologies into solar inverters, enhancing energy storage and efficiency.
  • Developed innovative control algorithms and power management systems to optimize inverter performance and reliability.
  • Implemented advanced thermal management solutions to improve inverter longevity and operational stability under diverse environmental conditions.
  • Implemented project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) to enhance team productivity and project transparency.
  • Designed and optimized power electronics circuits for solar hybrid and grid-tie inverters, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conducted detailed feasibility studies and simulations to validate design concepts and identify areas for optimization.
  • Coordinated with cross-functional teams (R&D, Engineering, Product Management, Quality Assurance) to ensure project alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Engaged with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address technical challenges.
  • Evaluated and selected key components (IGBTs, MOSFETs, capacitors, inductors) to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Managed relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers to secure high-quality components and negotiate favourable terms.
  • Provided mentorship and technical guidance to a team of 10+ engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
  • Facilitated regular project reviews and technical discussions to align development efforts with customer expectations and market demands and peer assessments to ensure adherence to best practices and engineering standards.
  • Established rigorous quality control protocols and conducted extensive testing (functional, performance, reliability) to ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, UL).
  • Led root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to address product defects and enhance overall quality.
  • Developed comprehensive product documentation, including schematics, technical specifications, and user manuals.
  • Filed multiple patent applications to protect innovative designs and technologies developed within the team

Qualification, Experience and Certification :

  • Bachelors /master’s in electrical & Electronics Engineering
  • 12-17 Years Experience with Minimum 4 years Expertise in LF/HF based Home UPS, Solar hybrid inverter and Grid-tie inverter design, with a focus on power electronics, battery integration, and system optimization.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in renewable energy technologies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, adept at presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
