Senior SSIS/SQL Developer

Description :Roles & Responsibilities :ETL Development & Reporting :- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS.- Build, enhance, and support reporting solutions using SSRS.- Ensure ETL pipelines are reliable, scalable, and optimized for performance.SQL Development & Data Processing :- Write, debug, and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.- Work with MS SQL Server for data extraction, data analysis, and query development.- Handle data integration tasks involving payment systems and financial transaction data.Monitoring & Troubleshooting :- Use Splunk for log monitoring, incident analysis, and troubleshooting data flow issues.- Investigate ETL failures, query performance problems, and system irregularities.- Provide proactive solutions to ensure minimal downtime and smooth data operations.Collaboration & Documentation :- Work closely with cross-functional teams including BI, Data Engineering, QA, and Operations.- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and production deployment activities.- Maintain proper documentation for ETL processes, workflows, and SQL logic.Mandatory Technical Skills :- SSIS - ETL workflow design & development- SSRS - Reporting development & support- SQL Developer / T-SQL - Advanced SQL scripting & optimization- Strong experience with MS SQL Server databasesDesired Skills (Good to Have) :- C# / .NET for integrating custom components or tasks- Splunk for log monitoring and analytics- Experience working in the Financial / Payments Domain- Knowledge of version control and CI/CD processes (optional)Industry : Financial Services / PaymentsExperience Required : Minimum 5 Years in Financial Services / Payments and over all 8 years (ref:hirist.tech)
