Utilizing React and Angular 11, the ideal candidate will collaborate with a team of developers in an agile development environment to help accelerate and develop STP's most critical strategic roadmap projects. - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and Angular - Utilize Tailwind CSS for efficient and consistent user interface development - Integrate and manage RESTful APIs leveraging tools such as React Query for state management and data synchronization - Experience working with Angular components and lifecycle management within the context of maintaining and modernizing legacy applications. - Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with a focus on continuous improvement - Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code review support to junior developers and peersRequired Skill Sets- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in React development. - Strong working knowledge of React, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript and related technologies or web frameworks. - Proficient understanding and experience using Node.js - Proficient understanding of GIT Version Control - Strong ability to analyze problems, think critically, and develop effective solutions. - Able to develop junior developers on a team, provide code review feedback, guidance, and mentoring. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability and willingness to work with a team as well as be an individual contributor. - Experience working with clients/users preferred.Additional Skill Sets- Capital market knowledge will be an advantage.Behavioral Skills- Listen openly to feedback from managers and colleagues and uses the information to improve. - Personal performance and work practices. - Articulates ideas and issues in clear concise language. - Shares information openly and communicates effectively with team members and with other teams. - Listens well, incorporating others' feedback and ideas, and responds appropriately. - Fosters open honest communication with management and with staff. - Deals effectively with pressure; maintains focus and intensity and remains optimistic and persistent, even under adversity.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred.Process Shifts:- The candidate should be ready to work in general or evening shift.How to applyVisit our Career Site – https://stpinvestment.greythr.com/hire/jobs/and search for the role you want to apply for or share your resume directly to stp_india_recruitment@stpis.com
