Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Bootcamp Instructor to lead intensive training programs aimed at equipping participants with industry-relevant skills. The ideal candidate will possess subject matter expertise, effective teaching abilities, and a passion for mentoring aspiring professionals.



  • Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for bootcamp participants.
  • Simplify complex concepts to ensure participant comprehension and application.


Curriculum Development:

  • Design and update course materials to align with current industry standards.
  • Incorporate real-world case studies and projects into the curriculum.


Participant Support:

  • Provide mentorship and address individual learning needs.
  • Review and offer feedback on participant projects and assignments.


Assessment & Evaluation:

  • Develop assessments to measure participant progress.
  • Deliver constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.


Technical Setup & Management:

  • Manage training tools and platforms to ensure seamless session delivery.
  • Facilitate both online and in-person training environments.


Collaboration & Improvement:

  • Work with the team to enhance training methodologies.
  • Collect and analyze participant feedback for program improvement.



Qualifications:



Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Bootcamp Instructor or in a similar training role.=

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage diverse learners in a dynamic environment.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS, PMP, etc.).
