Job Title : MERN Stack Developer

Experience : 3.5+ Years

Budget : Best as per the standard

Shift : Regular IST

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

3. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs to support application functionalities.

4. Ensure high-quality UI/UX by developing pixel-perfect front-end applications.

5. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

6. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems.

7. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices.

8. Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and mentor junior developers as required.

9. Work in Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in daily standups and sprint planning.

10. Collaborate with the DevOps team for CI/CD pipelines and deployments.

Required Skills :

1. Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

2. Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

3. Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

4. Hands-on experience in creating and consuming RESTful APIs and working with GraphQL (preferred).

5. Familiarity with database design and optimization in MongoDB.

6. Knowledge of version control tools like Git, GitHub, or GitLab.

7. Experience with UI frameworks like Material-UI, Bootstrap, or similar.

8. Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and cloud services like AWS is a plus.

9. Good understanding of Agile methodologies and working in team environments.

10.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

2. Experience in integrating third-party services like payment gateways, analytics, etc.

3. Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or similar.

4. Basic knowledge of microservices architecture is an added advantage.
