Establish and maintain TA metrics and observe market trends.Qualification & Experience: 1. Master’s degree in HRM is preferred2. 2 to 4 years of experience preferably with High-Tech product companies3. 3+ years of overall HR experience4. Experience handling full cycle recruitments with special focus on sourcing strategies and building active talent pipeline.5. Expert understanding in MS tools with expertise in Excel and other spreadsheet software Candidate expectations from Panel. 1. He/she must have excellent communication 2. Should be interactive and should be pro-active3. Should be a good learner and a positive attitude to learn new4. Must know basic HR terminologies5. Must be a Naukri and recruiter (Boolean Search) Semicon (Developers, Testers)
