Job Description

Internal Audit:



Develop and execute a comprehensive internal audit plan aligned with organizational objectives.

Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.

Identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.

Provide periodic reports to senior management and the audit committee on audit findings, trends, and action plans.



Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC):



Design, implement, and manage an integrated GRC framework to align with global best practices.

Drive risk assessment initiatives, ensuring that significant risks are identified, evaluated, and mitigated.

Monitor and enforce compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies .

Collaborate with business units to establish effective governance structures and risk ownership.



Leadership and Advisory:



Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on risk management and compliance strategies .

Build and lead a high-performing internal audit team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.

Partner with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and compliance .



Technology and Innovation:



Leverage data analytics and audit tools to enhance audit efficiency and deliver actionable insights.

Stay updated on emerging risks, regulatory changes, and advancements in audit methodologies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will be a CA/MBA with 10+ years of experience in a similar role at a listed consumer tech, fintech or any other emerging tech company. Key skills involved internal audit, risk advisory, risk and compliance.
