About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and well-organized Zonal Manager who possesses a strong understanding of sales, prospecting, and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth across assigned regions, developing strategic plans, and mentoring teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in both new and existing markets.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and recruit high-performing sales talent.
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales teams to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine business strategies.
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to organizational policies within the assigned zone.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on performance, opportunities, and & Skills:
- Bachelors or master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 4+ years of proven sales and business development experience.
- Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
