Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible to handle and deliver training in his respective technologies.
- Responsible to create/curate the contents/material required for his respective training.
- Sound knowledge and ability to handle training on Core Java, Advance Java, Spring, Hibernate, Microservices, Docker & Jenkins
- Responsible to upgrade skills on the provided learning path and get the certifications.
- Responsible to execute the training successfully with the remarkable skills :
- Minimum of 3-5 years of corporate training experience.
- Knowledge about traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
- Knowledge about learning management systems and virtual tool platforms.
Behavioral skills :
- Communication skills/ team leading
- Certification in OCJP is MUST
