Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic Finance Associate (Financial Modelling and Dashboard Developer) to join our team at Intent in Indore. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will collaborate with senior management to build financial models, design data-driven dashboards, and deliver cutting-edge financial solutions. As a Finance Associate, you will take ownership of client engagements, work with large datasets, and provide key insights to drive business growth for startups.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial and strategic models from scratch.
• Design and maintain reporting dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Conduct business valuations and deliver actionable insights.
• Prepare and manage client budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Lead financial meetings and discussions with global clients.
• Optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency.
• Generate management reports and deliver financial metrics to startups.
• Provide complete financial accounting and forecasting support.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial modelling, business valuations, and dashboard development.
• Advanced proficiency in Advanced Excel is mandatory.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Prior experience in international accounting and finance is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with global clients.
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Indore, as this is an on-site position.
