Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer at Acumant in Bengaluru, allowing for flexibility to work remotely for right candidates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics CRM solutions to meet the needs of our business. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions, ensuring effective use of the Dynamics CRM platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop customizations, extensions, and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business needs.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports.
  • Develop plug-ins, workflows, and custom modules using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics CRM SDK.
  • Perform data migration and integration between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM performance, customization, or integration.
  • Ensure the quality of code and functionality through testing and quality assurance practices.
  • Maintain and enhance Dynamics CRM solutions, staying updated with the latest versions and features.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for new and existing CRM functionalities.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for Dynamics CRM development.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 3-10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 experience preferred).
  • Strong experience with CRM customizations, including workflows, plugins, and form customizations.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for Dynamics CRM development.
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM SDK, web services, and API integration.
  • Strong understanding of CRM business processes (sales, marketing, customer service).
  • Familiarity with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI is a plus.
  • Experience with data migration tools and techniques
  • Good to have: Knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, and SSRS reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Azure, Power Platform, and DevOps environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
