Position:ServiceNow Lead PPM Developer Location:Bengaluru (Remote) Experience:5–7 Years Employment Type:Full-TimeAbout the Role We are seeking a skilledServiceNow PPM Developerto design, develop, and implement scalable solutions within theServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM)module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building customized applications, reports, and integrations while ensuring alignment with business objectives and platform best practices.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintaincustomizations, reports, dashboards, workflows, and integrationswithin theServiceNow PPM module . Collaborate with stakeholders toanalyze and translate business requirementsinto functional and technical specifications. Develop and optimizeend-to-end PPM solutions , ensuring high performance, usability, and maintainability. Providetechnical guidance and mentorshipto junior ServiceNow developers and team members. Ensure compliance withServiceNow development standardsand best practices. Work closely with the ServiceNow admin and other module teams (ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, etc.) for seamless integrations. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing ServiceNow PPM implementations. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ yearsof hands-on experience withServiceNow development(minimum3 years in PPM module ). Proven experience withJavaScript ,Glide API ,Flow Designer , andUI Policies . Strong understanding ofProject, Demand, Resource, and Portfolio Managementwithin ServiceNow. Expertise incustom app development, integrations, and workflow automation . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. CIS – PPM (Certified Implementation Specialist)certification ismandatory . Nice to Have Experience withServiceNow ITBM ,Agile , orStrategic Portfolio Management (SPM)modules. Familiarity withREST/SOAP APIsfor external system integrations. ServiceNowCSA (Certified System Administrator)certification.
