Job Title: Key Account Manager – Amazon (RKW Only)Location:Kolkata Experience Required:4–5 years (mandatory) in managing Amazon RKW for an FMCG brandAbout the Role We are seeking an experiencedKey Account Manager (KAM) – Amazon RKWwho will be responsible for driving growth through Amazon’s RKW platform while also managing day-to-day account operations. This is a specialized role, focusedonly on Amazon (RKW + operations).⚠️Please note: Only candidates with 3–4 years of proven Amazon RKW experience in FMCG will be considered. Applications without this background will not be accepted.Key Responsibilities RKW Ownership:Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon RKW campaigns to maximize sales, visibility, and ROI Account Operations: > Ensure listing hygiene (content accuracy, keywords, A+ content, catalog management) > Oversee PO fulfillment, stock availability, and supply chain coordination > Track and resolve operational issues like claims, returns, and penalties Analyze campaign and sales performance to drive actionable insights Monitor competitor activities and category trends to identify opportunities Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth executionRequirements 4–5 years of proven experience in Amazon RKW management for an FMCG brand (mandatory) Strong understanding of Amazon account operations — listing hygiene, cataloging, PO management, and fulfillment processes Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities FMCG/Ayurveda/Wellness category experience preferredWhat We Offer A high-impact role managing Amazon, our most critical digital growth channel End-to-end ownership across both marketing (RKW) and operations Competitive compensation with strong career growth opportunities
