Our team delivers scalable digital transformation solutions across the U.S., combining onshore expertise with global delivery efficiency.Role Overview We are looking for aLead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developerto design, build, and lead implementation of end-to-end Business Central solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience inAL extensions,API integrations, andlicensing models, with the ability to guide teams and collaborate directly with business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycleBusiness Central implementations, from architecture to go-live. Design and developcustom AL extensions, pages, tables, and reports. Overseemigrations from Dynamics NAV or other ERP systemsto Business Central. Integrate with third-party and Microsoft services usingAPIs, OData, Power Automate, andDataverse. ImplementCI/CD pipelinesviaAzure DevOpsand manage code repositories. Ensure compliance withMicrosoft licensing,security, anddata governancepolicies. Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical designs. Document architecture, customizations, and deployment processes. Partner with Microsoft support and ISVs for issue resolution and product updates.Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ yearsof ERP development experience, including 5 + yearsin Dynamics 365 Business Central. Expert inAL language,Visual Studio Code, andBC Extensions (V2). Proficient withAzure DevOps,Git,Docker, andCI/CD automation. Solid understanding ofBusiness Central modules(Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, etc.). Experience withREST APIs,OData, andweb service integrations. Knowledge ofMicrosoft licensing models(per-user, device, on-prem, SaaS). Familiarity withPower BI,Power Apps, andDataverse integration. Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certified:Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (MB-800). Experience inDynamics GP or SAP Business One to Business Central migration.
