Job Description:

As a Product Manager at Lucid Growth, you will be at the helm of driving the development and enhancement of our B2B SaaS products. In our dynamic startup environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and usability for our business clients. 


You will also lead the Product Analyst team, providing them with the guidance and understanding required to conduct effective research. If you have a passion for product management, exceptional problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, we want to hear from you

 

Requirements:

Product Ownership:

  • Take full ownership of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback and business objectives, specifically tailored for B2B SaaS products.
  • Ensure that research findings are effectively communicated and incorporated into our overall business strategy.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Development, design, and copywriting teams to define product requirements and deliver high-quality B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2024 or 2023 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology only can apply.
  • 1-12 months of experience as a Product Manager on B2B SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.

 

Must have Qualifications:

  • Only 2023 or 2024 graduates B. Tech graduates will be considered.
  • product management certification from any highly valued institute/ platform is necessary.
  • Preferred experience: Demonstrated successful completion of projects or internships in a startup or dynamic environment, particularly with B2B SaaS products.
