About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will play a key role in testing, validating, and automating test cases to guarantee software correctness and a seamless user experience. This is a fully remote opportunity with a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.

- Perform manual testing to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and performance issues.

- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.

- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure software quality.

- Identify, document, and track defects, issues, and improvements using issue tracking tools like Jira.

- Conduct regression, performance, integration, and user acceptance testing.

- Continuously improve QA processes and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-8 years of experience in software quality assurance.

- Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages.

- Experience with testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.

- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in performance and load testing.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with automated testing.

- Familiarity with cloud-based environments and API testing.
