Hiring: Architect (.NET) — AI PlatformExperience: 10–15+ years (3–5+ years AI/ML platforms)Location: Bengaluru/Mysuru/Pune/KochiEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on .NET Architect to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of an AI-driven platform. This platform powers recommendation engines, NLP search, LLM/SLM integrations, data scraping, and large-scale systems across web, mobile, and messaging channels—with computer vision use cases included.What You’ll Do- Own the platform architecture on .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and cloud-native services (Azure/AWS/GCP) - Ship AI search & recommendations with candidate generation, re-ranking, A/B testing, and pipelines - Integrate large language models (LLMs) & small language models (SLMs) with prompt orchestration and guardrails - Design NLP search combining lexical, semantic, vector retrieval, and relevance evaluation - Build and serve computer vision pipelines (OCR, similarity, detection, moderation) at scale - Guide front-end architecture for AI UX (React, Next.js, TypeScript) focusing on performance and telemetry - Lead mobile AI experiences (.NET MAUI, React Native, Swift/Kotlin), including on-device inference - Design messaging assistants for WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, SMS with workflows and analytics - Oversee data scraping, ingestion, and normalization with ethical and compliant practices - Ensure non-functional excellence: scalability, resiliency, security, latency, compliance, observability - Mentor engineers, run design reviews and RFCs, and produce reference implementations and playbooksMust-Have Qualifications- Deep expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, async I/O, performance, security) - Proven experience architecting AI/ML platforms and deploying production workloads - Hands-on with recommendation engines, NLP search techniques (BM25, embeddings, vector DBs) - LLM/SLM integration experience with Azure OpenAI/OpenAI/local models, prompt routing, caching, safety - Front-end proficiency: React, Next.js, design systems, accessibility, state management, performance - Mobile app experience: .NET MAUI/Xamarin, React Native, Swift/Kotlin, release pipelines, crash analytics - Messaging infrastructure: event streams (Kafka/Event Hubs), chat/bot platforms (Slack, Teams, WhatsApp) - Computer vision: model serving, pipelines, OpenCV, deep learning frameworks familiarity - Strong system design skills for distributed, event-driven systems, caching, partitioning, backpressure - Cloud-native: Azure/AWS/GCP, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code (Bicep/Terraform), CI/CD - Observability expertise: OpenTelemetry, tracing, metrics, dashboards, cost/performance optimization - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsNice to Have- Vector search (Azure AI Search, Elastic/OpenSearch, Pinecone, Weaviate) - LLM tooling (Semantic Kernel .NET, LangChain .NET, guardrails, evaluation harnesses) - MLOps experience (MLflow, SageMaker, Azure ML, streaming/batch pipelines) - On-device ML (Core ML, NNAPI, ONNX Runtime Mobile) and edge computing (WebAssembly/WebGPU) - Push notification & messaging infrastructure (FCM/APNs, webhooks, rate limiting) - Video/image processing at scale with real-time inference pipelinesTech Stack (Indicative)- Backend: .NET 7/8, ASP.NET Core, gRPC/REST, MediatR - Data/Infra: Kafka/Event Hubs, Redis, Postgres/SQL Server, Kubernetes - Search/Semantic: Azure AI Search, Elastic/OpenSearch, vector DBs, RAG pipelines - AI/LLMs/CV: Azure OpenAI, local SLMs, Semantic Kernel, OpenCV, ONNX Runtime, PyTorch/TensorFlow - Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, telemetry, feature flags - Mobile: .NET MAUI, Xamarin, React Native, Swift/Kotlin, OTA updates - Messaging: Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, Twilio, webhook/bot frameworks - Observability: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, App Insights, CloudWatchIf you’re passionate about building cutting-edge AI platforms with deep technical expertise and leadership, let’s connectShare your profile at Shivraj.Suresh@marlabs.com
