Job Title: Tech Lead / Junior Project ManagerExperience Range: 10 – 12 Years (with at least 5–7 years of Project Management experience)Hiring Location: Pune, Bangalore, Noida, GurgaonMode of Working: HybridSummary of This Role:A Tech Lead / Junior Project Manager at UST is responsible for leading and delivering large or multiple medium-sized projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to closure. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery, engaging with global stakeholders, and driving technical excellence while maintaining delivery accountability and governance standards.What Part Will You Play?- Manage projects end-to-end, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within defined scope, time, and budget. - Liaise with stakeholders (including clients) to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. - Develop detailed project plans, track progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies. - Oversee cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. - Ensure adherence to project governance processes, including RACI matrices and escalation management. - Analyze project requirements for feasibility in collaboration with Solution/Technical Architects. - Prepare and review Statements of Work (SOW) and contribute to sales proposals with delivery models, cost estimates, and resourcing plans. - Drive project delivery using Agile methodologies and collaboration tools. - Provide leadership, mentorship, and career development for project leads and team members. - Identify training and upskilling opportunities for team capability enhancement. - Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders on project status, risks, and decisions. - Travel as required to support client or project needs.Must Have Skills:- 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Project Management. - Proven track record of managing application development and frontend projects. - Strong expertise in end-to-end project and program management processes. - Hands-on experience in stakeholder management, project delivery, and governance. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor teams across locations. - Solid understanding of technical project management principles. - Preferably PMP certified.Good to Have Skills:- Knowledge of UX Design concepts. - Experience with Agile / Scrum / SAFE delivery methods (Scrum Master or SAFE certification preferred). - Experience contributing to sales proposals and SOW preparation. - Exposure to international projects and cross-geo team management. - Strong technical foundation and understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).Skills Keywords:Project Management | Project Delivery | Stakeholder Management | Governance | Agile Delivery | LeadershipSkills:Project Management, Project Delivery, Stakeholder Management
