Role includes system administration, payroll troubleshooting, interface development, testing, and end-user support.Mandatory Skills 3–5 yrs experience inInfor Lawson HCM – Payroll (PR) Strong hands-on knowledge of PR (Payroll), HR (Human Resources), PA (Personnel Administration), BN (Benefits) Experience withLawson S3, LSF/Process Flow , integrations & interfaces Experience with payroll integrations tobenefits providers, 401k vendors, banking systems . SQL proficiency + Lawson reporting tools ( BIRT/Crystal/BI ) 2+ yrs payroll processing/support (tax, garnishments, year-end W-2/1095-C) Strong troubleshooting and payroll functional understanding Required Responsibilities Support & administer Lawson HCM Payroll, HR, Benefits, T&A Resolve Tier 2/3 payroll system issues Build/maintain interfaces (time, benefits, banking) Execute testing for upgrades/changes Maintain documentation & support payroll teams Good to Have Infor Lawson certification Infor CloudSuite / Landmark / Infor OS CPP certification Experience with payroll vendor integrationsInterested candidates can share resume tosandhia@hiresquad.in
