About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative Video Editor & Videographerwho can bring ideas to life through dynamic visuals, storytelling, and design. The ideal candidate is someone who canconceptualize, shoot, edit, and design— creating high-qualityexplainer videos, social media reels, and motion graphic videosthat engage and inspire.If you’re equally comfortable behind the camera and in front of a timeline — with an eye for design and a pulse on social media — we’d love to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production & ShootingPlan, shoot, and manage video production for explainer videos, brand stories, and social media campaigns. Handle lighting, framing, and camera setup to deliver high-quality footage. Collaborate with creative and content teams to bring storyboards and ideas to life.Editing & Post-ProductionEdit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos optimized for digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Create and animatemotion graphics, lower thirds, titles, and infographicsusing After Effects or similar tools. Sync sound, add background music, and ensure clean audio and color consistency. Repurpose video edits into multiple short-form formats (reels, stories, shorts, etc.).Graphic Design & Visual AssetsDesignthumbnails, end screens, and video overlaysusingAdobe PhotoshopandIllustrator . Create digital design assets that complement the video content, including campaign creatives and storyboards. Ensure brand consistency across all design and video outputs.Creative DirectionStay updated on the latest trends in editing, social media, and motion design. Contribute ideas for innovative video formats and creative storytelling techniques.Requirements2+ years of experience as aVideo Editor, Videographer, or Content Creator . Must be based in Mumbai/PuneProficiency in: Video Editing Tools:Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve (or similar). Design Tools:Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition. Basic understanding of color grading, audio syncing, and sound design. Ability to manage shoots and deliver high-quality edits within deadlines. Based inMumbai(with flexibility for local shoots).Bonus Points If You:Are comfortable conceptualising and scripting short-form content. Have your own DSLR or iPhone Create your own content or have a social media presence.
