We are Hiring | Motion Designer HyderabadJoin a dynamic and growing team in the Fintech space, shaping the future of digital experiences with purposeful motion design.Position: Motion DesignerLocation: Serilingampally Mandal, Hyderabad, Telangana 500019 (On-site | Work from Office)Note: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Hyderabad for this role.Industry: FintechExperience: 4 to 15 YearsQualification: GraduateCTC: Upto 12-13 LPA (Hike depends on current/last salary and interview performance)Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days)Shift: Day shift (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM OR 10:30 AM TO 7:30 PM)✨ What Youll Be Doing:✅ Drive motion design strategy across the organization✅ Create purposeful animations that guide users and build trust✅ Use storytelling & storyboarding to craft user journeys✅ Build a scalable animation system within the Design System✅ Collaborate with designers, PMs & engineers for seamless execution✅ Conduct A/B testing of motion variants and integrate learnings✅ Ensure motion accessibility best practicesWere Looking For Someone Who:✔ Has a strong grasp of animation principles & user psychology✔ Is proficient in Illustrator, After Effects, Rive, Lottie✔ Can quickly prototype motion ideas for team discussions✔ Has experience creating motion guidelines for design systems✔ Brings a portfolio showcasing UI motion, micro-interactions & animations✔ Can collaborate effectively with design & engineering teams✔ Has experience with consumer mobile apps at scale✔ (Bonus) Familiarity with 3D/Spline for lightweight product animationsWhy Join Us?Own the motion design layer of a fast-growing product impacting millionsWork with a design-forward team that values motion as a key UX elementShape how users emotionally connect with our productDirectly impact user clarity, retention & delightAbout the Company:The company has been driving digital credit accessibility, similar to how payments became ubiquitous.
