We work closely with both brands and influencers to create seamless and effective collaborations that drive success.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer Marketing & Talent Manager, based in New Delhi. The candidate will oversee and manage relationships with influencers and content creators, develop and execute influencer marketing and social media campaigns, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. Responsibilities also include building brand partnerships, managing talent, coordinating public relations efforts, and fostering effective communication between brands and influencers.QualificationsProficiency in Influencer Marketing and Social Media MarketingStrong Communication skills to build and maintain professional relationshipsExperience in Public Relations and SalesStrategic planning and campaign management capabilitiesAbility to analyze data and optimize campaign performanceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related fieldPrevious experience in talent management or working with influencers is a plus
